Hi all,

To everyone who likes video demos, this is for you.

I know that there are sites like Tasty that present really quick and easy 1-2 minute demos.  Perhaps one day I’ll get up to that stature.  However, These are the demos that I do in my living room and kitchen that I wanna share with you.  I hope you have fun watching.

My First Videos:

Don’t laugh at me.  These are my first videos that I did back in 2013.  I got a new camera and was totally a novice to the process (I still am).  Now, my son film’s for me.   At that time, I was my videos and blog names were ‘Cooking For Fun and On The Run’.  As you can see, that has changed.

Anyhoo, here’s a blast from my past.

*FYI, the oils that you see in the videos Marinated Mushroom Caps and Marinated Tomatoes, are no longer available through me as I am not with that distributor anymore.

Such a pleasure watching you 🙂 Makes me want to start right away. I dont have a proper juicer, yet though. Any recommendations for a juicer that is not too expensive? Will work a blender as well?

Thanks for your answer! 🙂

I appreciate the videos Lane. Articles are nice, but you can only get so much out of them. A nice videos provides a strong visual element that will be sure to motivate people to lose weight. With a video, you become a public speaker.

These may not be your best videos, but you can be sure that there will be plenty more to come and I am sure that they will get better with time. Thank you for sharing and I hope you make it a great day!

Thank you for the comment. You’re right. They are not my best LOL. These videos are about 3-4 years old. I plan on starting to make more in the new year.

I haven’t been juicing for a few years now. After watching your video, I’m motivated to dig out my juicer and juice again. Thanks for sharing!

P/S: I also do the softer fruits first. 🙂

LOL. Thanks for you comment. It really made me smile. When you say softer fruits, are you referring to grapes, berries, etc. Because I’ve never tried those.

Hi Lane
I LOVE berries too and I just have to try your method for bringing out the juices and flavour with them. I always have frozen berries in my freezer as they are such a quick addition to a smoothie, greek yoghurt, or muffins. Off to look into Agave Syrup!

I just watched your Making Almond Milk video. Are you serious? Is it that easy? Wow! I have always put off trying to make almond milk as I thought it would be incredibly difficult. However, you have shown me how simple it really is – Thanks! Would go make some now but I ate the last of the almonds at breakfast. Will have to purchase a bundle of them when I go shopping this week!

I will recommend shopping for only 1lb at a time. Try it out, see if you like it and go for it.
