- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 – 15oz can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 3 tablespoons tahini, plus more to taste
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus more to taste
- 1 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic (1 clove),
- Throw all of the ingredients into your Vitamix, high-speed blender, or food processor and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Feel free to add more or less of any ingredient to suit your taste.
- Garnish with an oil drizzle and serve with crackers, veggie sticks, fruit or in your favorite wraps.
