Greens (whatever greens you like – your choice) – Grab a handful or two
1-2 Cups of Your Favorite Non-Dairy Milk (I’m a fan of coconut or almond)
1 banana, peeled
1 ½ cup frozen mango chucks
2-3 tsp fresh lemon juice
Water as needed as a thinner
Blend all ingredients in a your Vitamix until it’s the consistency that you like. Serve over ice.
Adding fruit/veggies that you like makes the best blender green smoothies.
