Infused waters

This is so simple, so fun, and so cute to look at. While I won’t call these ‘detox waters’, they are definitely infused. If you want a fun way to drink your waters while staying away from the high sugar of soda, try this on for size. You can also feel free to ‘test the waters’ with your own fruit/veggie additives

Ingredients

1 pitcher of filtered water
Sliced fruit or veggies of your choice
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Procedure

Put your fruit or veggies on the bottom of your pitcher.
Add you filtered water on top.
Let it chill in your refrigerator for about 2-3 hours (or overnight if you do this in the evening) for the flavors to infuse.

Enjoy.
