1 cup non-dairy milk, I like coconut milk
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 cup non-gmo canola oil


Blend all ingredients in your Vitamix. EXCEPT oil on low speed.

Pour the oil very slowly in the top of the Vitamix a slow consistency stream until you’ve incorporated all of the oil into the milk. This procedure will turn the mixture into mayo.

Place mayo in a clean sterile bowl or glass jar.  Cover and place in the refrigerator.
