Starting on my healthy eating journey, one of my objectives was staying full.  If I said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times, I’m an emotional eater; however, I was getting tired of fruitless eating (pun intended).   I was weary of the empty calories that turned into unnecessary pounds that were so hard to get rid of.  So, I needed to know the foods that will be healthy and help curb my eating.  Therefore, after research, this is my list.  However, the list was longer but I chose my favorites.

Vegetables

Corn

Spinach

White Potatoes

Green Peas

Sweet Potatoes

Broccoli

Potato Salad

Fruit

Bananas

Cherries

Apples

Blueberries

Whole Wheat/Legumes/Dairy

Whole Wheat Pasta

Whole Wheat Bread

Black Beans

Oatmeal

Greek Yogurt (I actually like Greek Yogurt)
