Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack.  Feel free to enjoy this variety at your leisure.

Ingredients

4 cups of steel cut oats, soaked and DRAINED
½ – ¾ cups of raw organic agave
2 Tbsp of yacon syrup
Dash of salt

Procedure

This mixture should start wet. Make sure the oats are completely DRAINED. In a bowl, mix oats, agave, salt and yacon syrup completely.

Spread the mixture on dehydrator tray. Dehydrate for the first ½ hour at 145 degrees . Reduce the heat to 105 to 110 degrees. Dehydrate until dry which is a minimum of 12 hours, maximum 24 hours.

Once dry, you might want to prepare a table like this: with cover the table you will be working on with either plastic wrap or foil.

Place a plastic food-safe bowl on the table. Break the oats over the bowl and place inside. Brush any that fell on the plastic or foil in the bowl. Cover and place either in the frig or can be left out.

This granola can be added to mixed nuts, an excellent topping for yogurt, or eaten by itself as a snack.
