You are gonna love this.  Well, at least I think you are.  If you want a lovely, guilt-free pleasure, here you go.  Everytime I eat this, it’s like I’m eating candy.  I love sweets and I love that I can indulge freely.

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of freshly made condensed milk
  • ¾ cup of cacao powder
  • ¼ cup of Vegan Balance or Smart Balance butter
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • Dash of salt

Procedure

  1. Your favorite fruit cut into slices or chucks
  2. Heat condensed milk and butter of LOW heat, stirring constantly
  3. Slowly whisk in the cacao powder, stirring constantly
  4. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract
  5. Pour into your favorite bowl
  6. Dip in your favorite fruits
  7. Store any leftovers covered in the frig

Version 2 – Chocolate Chips

Instead of cacao powder, feel free to use vegan chocolate chips in place of the powder

Version 3 – Carob Powder

If the cacao is too strong for you, you can replace it with Carob Powder.  Carob has a milder taste than cacao or even cocoa powder
