I opened my day with another best blender green smoothie.  If you notice,  I didn’t put any measurements with this because when I make my ‘favorites’ I use handfuls of greens  and put my favorite fruit in there.


Southern Greens
Frozen Berries
1 tsp. Chia Seed
2-3 tsp Lemon Juice
Almond Milk
Raw Organic Agave Nectar or Maple Syrup

2-3 cups cold water



Blend all ingredients together in your Vitamix until it’s the consistency that you’d like.  Serve with ice.
