We made this recipe in culinary school for a prestigious reception that we were about to have. I was amazed at how easy and tasty it was.
Make sure you get your pita from the health food store to alleviate any bad ingredients. Enjoy and drop me a line.
- 3 pitas, cut into 8 wedges
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preheat heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut pitas into 8 wedges. Pour olive oil into a bowl and add the seasonings. Brush pita chips olive oil mixture. , Lightly sprinkle the salt and pepper on top of the chips. Careful! You don’t want to make them too salty.
Arrange pita chips on baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve with your favorite dip.
